We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased through our website. Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at robbie@elkhartlifeline.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
